Partner Program Terms
This page summarizes, in plain language, the terms that apply to independent agencies and business-development partners who refer patients to CarePath World Wide. It does not replace the full signed Partnership Agreement, which is available to download below.
1. What the partnership is
You act as an independent, non-exclusive referral partner — not an employee or agent of CarePath World Wide. You introduce prospective patients or institutional clients, and CarePath handles all treatment coordination, contracting, and client management directly.
2. Commission
CarePath pays a commission of 25% of the net profit generated from each case you refer, once CarePath has accepted the case, delivered the service, and received full, cleared payment from the client. No commission is payable on cancelled cases, unpaid invoices, or business generated without your involvement.
3. Payment terms
Commission is released within 30 days of CarePath receiving cleared payment from the client, by bank transfer in US Dollars to the account you provide. Bank and currency-conversion charges outside CarePath's remitting bank are borne by you. You are responsible for any taxes due on commission you receive.
4. Confidentiality & data protection
You agree to keep all business, client, and patient information you access confidential, use it only to perform your referral role, and protect it against unauthorized access or disclosure — including any personal data of patients, in line with applicable data protection law.
5. Non-circumvention
For as long as this partnership is active and for three years afterward, you agree not to approach or transact directly with any client introduced through CarePath for similar services, bypassing CarePath.
6. Anti-bribery & compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. You may not offer, promise, or accept any bribe, kickback, or improper payment in connection with business referred to CarePath.
7. Term & termination
The partnership runs for one year from the date you accept these terms and may be renewed by mutual agreement. Either party may end it with 30 days' written notice; CarePath may end it immediately for fraud, breach of confidentiality, or a compliance violation.
The downloadable agreement is a formal template for partners who want a signed offline contract in addition to registering online.
